MEDTeam Care Management was founded in 2020 by Jadell Mendez CDMS, QRP, FMG. By working alongside multiple claim adjusters and employers in the workers compensation industry throughout the state of Florida for 20 years, from small independent locals to nationwide multi-level employers, and coordinating care for single minor injuries or catastrophic level cases, MEDTeam Care has recognized the main factors that compose an effective medical case management team and have identified the immediate needs of injured workers and insurance carriers individually. 

 We pride ourselves on working as an integrated team in every single case to create an efficient plan of care for a safe return to work. Open and early communication between all parties involved in the case is what we believe to be the key for success.

From selecting the correct medical provider, to creating alternative return to work programs, we work together every step of the way to ensure no excessive costs, with the best possible outcome for all parties.
